WANTED: F55 Castor Fork - 1 or 2, with our without wheel(s)

I am after at least one but ideally two F55 castor forks.

Ideally I am after one or two front wheels too.

However, the most important thing is at least one castor fork - It broke suddenly yesterday!

It' a Sunrise Medical F55.

You will need to adapt a different one which shouldbe easy enough.

yes that's what I'm thinking.

I have two issues here. The first is getting this chair repaired, the second is the next chair I'm going to build. Fixing this will at least buy some time...
