Power wheelchair

I currently have a 6 year old quantum 6000 tilt in space wheelchair. I need another chair, I would like to have another one like this but a couple of years newer. The guy who services my wheelchair has a 2009 quantum 6000. I have been trying to purchase it from him for at least 6 months. I have a medical fund that is not insurance that will pay any service company or dealer. He says he will take $3500.00 but for some reason he is not coming through and I am tired of asking. It does not have to be a quantum, but it does have to be a tilt in space.
