These are kids minibike or quad bike wheels. These are rear ones. That means they have one smooth side and one with three bolt holes for fitting a disc brake or sprocket.
They are the same size as the ones fitted to the front. The front ones I used for caster wheels on my latest powerchair here http://www.wheelchairdriver.com/images- ... r-1200.jpg
They can be used as they are but if used as front caster wheels would look prettier with the three bolt hole extension machined off in a lathe.
