F55 SEAT HANDLES

Postby segreen » 03 Nov 2016, 16:23

Anyone have any of the Mk 1 seat handles/canes for the F55 standard seat part number 056001.6303l that they are willing to sell?

Apparently they are no longer made.

Thanks

Hi Stephen,
I do have a couple of F55 seat uprights but I don't know if they are mk 1. What is the difference / means of checking? The tops have been shortened as per Burgermans chairs. If you can ring me I can answer any questions and give measurements over the phone. I don't want any money for them if you need them. I was just keeping them for spares. I'm in Derby and my mobile is 07973 200300.

Hi Mark,

Thanks for the reply. Unfortunately I don't want shortened handles. The difference between the Mk1 and Mk2 handles are that the Mk1 handles pop into the handle brackets (the bracket has the hole and the handle fits into the bracket) and the Mk2 handles pops over the bracket (handle has the hole and fits over the bracket). That's the best way I can describe it.

OK. Sorry I couldn't help. These are obviously not Mk 1 from your description, so wrong type anyway!

Do you have any spare brackets for attaching the handles to the seat frame? I've got a pair of Mk2 handles but Mk1 brackets. Didn't realise when I bought them that they were different.

Thanks for looking though.
