I currently use an Unwin track and tie downs, but really struggle to do it if I'm on my own. Luckily I can walk a few steps, but if I get down to anchor it in place; getting up again is extremely painful.
I would prefer a used one, but would be happy with a new one if it's at a 'used' price.
