If I sell you any one of my 3, they are unmarked. As new. Some are many years old. That one ebay has been used as target practice.

Yes, but is that what you are buying?

Its available as:
A fixed power supply
A fixed supply with a kit to modify it.
A fixed power supply ALREADY modified with the kit to be adjustable.
A seperate fancy case...

Yes you must enable it.
Then choose 3 stage.
Then set to 12A, 28.2V or less if hotter, and to 27.2 float. With a 0.1 or 0.2A transition. Then its a gel charger!
