Rnet programming dongle

I've recently acquired a chair with a RNet controller. I'm wanting to reprogram it so it drives less like a drunk moose and have been told the dealer level dongle will work. Does anyone have one for sale or lives close to Reading, willing to help sort my chair? Thank you
