Hi guys. I've put a sunrise quickie on ebay. It's sold for spares or repair. It has a charger and some spares with it. It has a few Burgerman mods. Collection only from Neston near Chester in the North West. No reserve so grab a bargain.

Well now I've got myself another project - no doubt I'll find out what actually might work after I collect it.
I'm assuming it's an f55 but perhaps it isn't?

One of the tyres are worth more than I paid for it so I certainly haven't lost out. I can probably build something from that chassis whilst still using my ottobock - can't complain for £13.49

Well I'm really not complaining - having upgraded the controller to 100A and done some soldering I now have a functioning wheelchair - just the job for round here and going to the shops leaving the other one ready for out on the nature reserves. less than £100 and it has better wheels, castors and seating than my first chair that cost me 4 times as much. This website has really encouraged me to have a go and get what I want. My only job for this one is to cut down the footplate so that it will fold underneath the seat so that it will fit in the car - a little jigsaw job I think. :0)

I did that with my chair. The hanger-arm with footplate all folds back out of the way behind front castors. I do it everytime I transfer in and out, and when chair is parked up. It works for me as my legs probably only weight a few pounds each. And makes footprint of chair tiny.

Do you hoist your chair into your car?

No I use ramps but the boot space inly just fits my ottobock with the footrests off and the f55 footplate doesn't fold up enough so with a bit cut off it will actually fold all the way underneath the seat out of the way - then it too will go into the car - it has just become my fishing and indoor chair since it is narrower now than the ottobock if somewhat slower :0)

I live in grimsby, once the largest fishing port in the world supplying the UK and many countries. And so one of the richest towns too.

But some moron signed us up the the EU and its restrictive common fisheries policy and so those two things are now reversed. Poor, and almost no fishing industry at all... But lots of out of work immigrants everywhere.

I totally agree with, our fishing industry has been shafted for decades. Farage is the only one who stands up for it, the Westminster politicians couldn’t give a ****. I think even Boris’ new withdrawal agreement still throws the fishing industry under the bus.

Boris did exactly what I said he would. Brought back mays deal. Ideal if you are a remainer. It was all the same thing over again. Mays deal with some lipstick.

Vote farage, brexit or we will still be in, still pay 39 billion (65 over the next 2 years) and get nothing for it. Boris is a remainer traitor, just like may.

I'm doing a bit of sea fishing because I can't afford trout or salmon fishing. I don't think Farage is that good - he represented us in the EU fisheries and didn't even bother to turn up to defend our fishermen's rights - it's all a bloomin mess now and no-one has any idea how it will unfold. Leave or remain it should have been done by now but realistically the Tories could have sat down with the other parties and tlked through what was the best way to achieve Brexit but instead they concocted a set of plans that they must have known wouldn't be accepted - I don't believe any of them really wanted to leave but that they had to put on a theatrical show so that they could blame someone else for failing to do what they promised. Blame parliament or blame the EU but realistically the only people who should be blamed are those who were in control of these negotiations who failed to do their job

Theres zero confusion. And the only mess is caused by remainers trying to pretend that theres different ways to 'leave'/

Sorry, but the country voted LEAVE. Thats pretty clear. Leave as in when you leave anything! Like before we joined. Or when you leave a house. Or leave the golf club. Its not difficult. You just put the key through the letterbox in brussels and go home.

The 'confusion' started on the day after we WON and expected to leave. With garbage like soft and hard brexit, and every possible remainer argument about why leaving was something other than leaving... And 3 years later, the 80% of parliment that are remainers, the anti brexit media - esp the BBC, all the lefty liberal america and trump hating media and endless project fear, about the economy, the irish border and all the rest have STILL not acceted that they lost.

Sorry, leave is simple. WTO rules, and go home.
I got a leafelet as did every last leterbox in the country from the UK goverment:
www.wheelchairdriver.com/propaganda.pdf

It says...
We will all be poorer.
We will be out of the single market, and customs union.
We will lose many jobs, and everything will be worse...
We will suffer shortages.
We will have full control of our country back. And we will not be in the USSEU socialist superstate which is ALL THAT MATTERS to most people. They knew perfectly well what out means.

So all these bullshit arguments by the remainer establishments and the media, about a 'deal' is false. I never voted for any deal I voted to LEAVE.

Fair enough - just saying that the conductor can't be blamed for the driver taking the bus the wrong route - I agree it should have happened but the people who put the motion forward and got the result are the ones who haven't delivered - those who never wanted to leave are bound to try to change that direction - that's a given but the Tories are the ones behind the wheel and they are the ones who keep on changing direction and are not doing what they said they would.

No. For any democracy to work, the LOSERS have to accept the decision.

but the Tories are the ones behind the wheel and they are the ones who keep on changing direction and are not doing what they said they would.

Because just like parliment, they are mostly REMAINERS. If they were decent honest people the remainers should have all resigned from government/parliment the day after the referendum. They are the LOSERS.

And then of course we are ruled and run by the likes of remainers may, even boris, who has warmed up mays surrender treaty. We didnt need ANY treaty, we dont need to give the EU 65 billion, and we dont need any withdrawal agreement. Those things are all from the minds of remainers that seem to think that leaving is just a few "extreme" brexiteers. (I.e doing what the LEAVE side expected. What the Gov own document said, because we all know exactly what LEAVE means. And it doesent mean "soft" or half remain, or anything else). So we had remainer may, and now boris, controlled by 80% remainers in parliment. Who now wont even allow an election! Guess why...

The problem. From DAY 1 was that parliment and that southern bubble of lefty/liberal trum hating media and parliment will not allow us to leave. They have rfused to honour the result. They lost. They are in charge. They still think that they should be considered.
