You can't, but with both dealer and OEM software you can read/write file from/to chair with the dealer s/w and edit it with the OEM software with the dongle disconnected.

So just to be 100% sure before I drop the cash on a Dealer level dongle - the Dealer version of the software will upload the file happily, even if (using the OEM software) I've changed settings that the Dealer software doesn't allow?

Don't worry, I wouldn't buy a Permobil chair/controller/flying saucer/anything even if I was getting paid to do it.
