Does anyone know if they sell spare parts for this plastic part?

You are going to need to get your good camera out! I see two blue bumps that look like metal?

Are you talking about the black bits? Are they bushes? Bearings for those parts that lift off?

There are thousands of such parts. You will need to remove one and use that micrometer to find some replacements.
