Thres nothing really on a powerchair that is technical enough to need a manual. I have stripped and rebuilt many. Taken every part that can be taken apart to bits. So I could replace worn, repaint any scratched or corroded, replaced electronics, beefed up looms, replaced bolts and bearings with better stainless ones and greased everthing. There was never any reason to need a set of instruction. Its all very basic stuff. If you ever orked on cars or anything needing tools etc then its all self explanitory.
But you do need the sunrise site or whatever manufacturers site site or PD file matches it. To get the part numbers of components that are not generic. Theres not that many that you will need though. The stuff that wears out like tyres, bearings, bolts, wirin stuff and even the control systems as well as many plugs, clips, fittings, etc are not made by the chair manufactures. And can be found cheaper elsewhere. And while they do make frames and big metal parts like the bits that make up backrests and seating stuff those tend never to wear out. At worst, they need a trip to a bead blaster and a coat of paint or powder coating. Things like motors and broken plastic moulded parts are the main exception. And possibly upholstery and arms/tops.
