Motor reconditioning

I have a pair of Kolektor Swissdrive 400 T motors that I need to recondition back to full working use. Does anyone know of companies in the UK who would be able to do this?

I dont. But out of interest I looked online. They dont appear to have adequate stating torque for a heavy powerchair/human. So what are they from?

Also do you know whats actually wrong with them? Because they appear to have just 2 bearings and theres nothing else to replace or repair unless windings... At which point it may be better to replace.
