9 mph

Looking at the catalog of the Sango chair from Dietz Power I see that it offers the option of 9 mph but I think it reaches it by increasing the diameter of the tire because it offers 15" and 16" tires. I have never seen this, someone here has it configured this option?

My cheap & cheerful wheelchair is meant to be 4mph, but I have often thought it is a bit faster than the little indoor chair was, maybe they got that 4mph figure from rpm of the drive wheel shaft and the wheels were going to be smaller in the designers mind.

Yes, in fact, many chairs are sold with different wheel sizes but 15 or 16" I have never seen before.
