Am looking at connections and wiring etc. I'm going to replace the connectors that interface with the charger as they are getting a bit loose. I thought the resistance was too high. I let it charge for almost seven hours. I've attached a screenshot.

Well its not balanced or charged yet, so restart... Wait until IT stops!

It may take a LONG time before all cells reach 3.450v Plus or minus 0.003 of a volt. Once they do it will say charge and balance end. And sit beeping at you. Let it do that for a couple of hours. THEN its charged and balanced. Next time the balance and last part of the charge will take a just a few mins.

LOOK at the graphs and voltages here. Charged to 3.600v

Look at the shape and balance at the end.

Also, I suspect you have missed a couple of bolts when tightening all those 6mm allen screws. A loose one or two will make balance and chargte take days and be very inconsistent. Go around all of them and tighten.
