It's a Hirose connector / adapter from Dynamic .

It's just a straight through adaptor plug.

You could make the leads but you MUST buy a DWD-OEM-U dongle.

I have a program and a key.
This adapter is a scheme, it is not just an adapter.

The Hirose plug is in the black housing?

That adaptor probably has a diode in it
The controller that it is used to program has a combined TX & RX wire ( pin 4 ) like the Penny and Giles range...

So ...inside the adaptor could be something like this combining the RX and TX .

pic for Penny and Giles.

Do not try to unscrew the adapter apart because it will break!
Trust me I know! Fortunately I was able to repair it, but it was a pain in the ass and took me e few hours to do so!
Well the adpter seems to have some circuitry inside with some unknown (no code) IC's a transistor or somthing that looks like it, and a few passive components.
It is NOT just a cross wire connector!
Some magic (electronics) is going on in there.
I am intersted If someone has found a schematic diagram or an equivalent working circuit for this adapter.
