expresso wrote:i am not sure those are the original factory settings that comes with a 222se Chair - those chairs are 8.5 mph and wouldnt come stock with a 50A controller

at the very least it should be 80A the Qtronix and pilot plus 100A -

those are my settings i am using now - you can have a look - they are Ok - i only use profile 5 -

since going to RWD settings - much better on turning in motion etc. but can be a bit unstable front end - hard to say - since the roads here and sidewalks are bad - nothing is even here - alot of bumps cracks dips - sideways angles - either left or right - seems like nothing is really Flat straight

you have to change the Zip to Prg. to open it with the software

I am not able to extract the files. windows tells u the folder is empty

your Qtronix may limit you to 80A max - you can set it to what ever the limit is - it wont let you go over the limit - - if its 80A - it wont let you put 100A

i THINK you can do 80A - my old P220 Qtronix is 80A -

Unhappily it was very different from what was used in it, very slow without force. I think I found the original but I reversed the position of the door brushes of the motors, then reversed the direction forward back, but left and right ta normal ..
What are your engines?

Your software is OEM, right? What I'm using is a manufacturer, open some more parameters

and I would like to correct this as soon as possible, as I am assisting and the chair belongs to a client

I agree that it's a bit of a problem, but the subject is universal, and when we are willing to understand, to learn, and the other willing to help ... in my opinion, language, would be the least of the problems ...

so for me P222 is still the biggest problem .....

The case is. The module wont allow you to set over 50? So the internals may not be.

The forum software is a little odd .... it only allows certain file extensions...so we often rename files with a ZIP extension to keep the forum software happy.

So ...

P222 March 2018use-.zip ...this is NOT a ZIP file.

RENAME IT AFTER YOU DOWNLOAD...DO NOT UNZIP IT.

Like this ....

P222 March 2018use-.prg

NOW try it in the PGDT Software.

My settings i posted are not very aggressive - they work well for me - if you want to take off faster - change the Forward ACC. from 35 to 50 or what ever number that feels good for the user - leave joystick throw at 100 - the way i had it - this is something the user needs to be in the chair and test the settings - then make changes with the user - from looking at the pictures of that chair - you need some tires front and rear - very very worn out - - again not sure where you got 130 Millohms for Motor comp on your old settings - i lower mines just a bit to smooth it out and works well for me at 35 - i cant imagine going past 45 - was too jerky for my chair -

does the user play sports with this chair - for normal everyday riding - my settings worked fine for me - nothing too aggressive -

He has undoubtedly changed his high motor compensation settings for your 35mOhms. So his chair will feel like a slug.

most likely but i cant see how anyone can use the chair at that setting - wouldnt it make the chair a run away ? cant stop it - i never went past 45 - and going back a bit to 35 removed all the jerky feeling when going slow indoors or turning tight spots etc, - its just smooth now - actually feels better than the 646 now in that area

its a much lighter front end also - i guess if the chair is mostly used outdoors large open areas etc, - 45 wouldnt be much of a issue - but here indoors and around crowded streets etc, - more work for me to handle it - 35 solved it for me - its a bit slower than i recall before the change but worth it for me - i can relax a bit when using this chair compared to my 646 -

The compensation number required will vary depending on the motors fitted to the chair.
The higher 130 number is usually associated with 2 pole motors.... 35 for some 4 pole motors.

Which is why you cant just go sending people randome copies of your settings!

You also have a lot of really low turn acceleration settings, and turn deceleration settings. I have no idea how you could drive it like that. Unless you prefer hovercraft! :fencing

i just sent it to give him an idea - All my Turn Acc. and Decc. are 100% on mines - the rest are what seems to work fine for me - remember i am lighter and chair is light front end - stock motor comp. was 45 and was always a bit jerky - going to 35 solved that instant and feels smooth - not as aggressive as before but not bad -
