NEED 10" rims for TT GB to go tubeless .

Saw this , and it's a good 14" tubeless candidate for GB , without losing torque . goodpost givebeer

Too thin. He likes the fat tyres, smoother ride, less sinking...

Is there any way to disable freewheel levers on brushless motors
as one of mine has broke off level with casing
they are very brittle hollow plastic.

Could they be disabled with wiring or will have to remove lever arm part
inside casings first. :problem:

YES , you can avoid the inhabit by just shorting that blue micro switch .

Another thing worth noting is the plastic linkage will get displaced after a dozen clicks of the solenoid . That will render you an ineffective parking brake .

I'll hot glue it . cheers

NO, I mean you should find a way to prevent the plastic part from rotating (change to free wheel position by itself).

It is supposed to be held in place with a spring load linkage , but it is broken now .

Shirley
Got you.
What i have done is made a alloy flat plate to cover over
casting hole area fixed on the original 4 screws.
put the lever in drive mode then cut the white freewheel
lever level to top face then covered with plate.
The lever cant move now.
Just lost freewheel access now.

How about a larger pic from further away so we can see the chair? Several angles. Is this lithium yet?

And are you interested is spare motors, controller, lighting module, cables, unused rem550, etc? All with no broken plastic parts.

Very good. Basically a salsa. The reason you dont get brushless issues I did is because you are smaller and so lighter than me judging by the seating.

Happy with it apart from colour
Ordered some etch black and 2k clear coat for alloy parts.
Waiting for wide arm pads and setting joystick to my liking.
End plugs to fit in alloy box where i lifted battery box for more clearance.
and fit some in frame where holes show.
New cushion next as well.
General tidy up a few tweeks then, getting there slowly.

Not that it matters at our speeds, but the rear tyres are reversed. :argument

Right way. The tread pattern is designed to clear water towards the outer edges as you hit it at high speed. So no aquaplaning at speed. Wont make a blind bit of difference on a powrchair! But evey motorcyclist will spot it... :shifty:

Will change over when i strip to paint.
I noticed the first time i fitted them on the chair.
