Feel free to comment. I really still don't understand the grip setting, even after reading the documentation.

Do you have good joystick and hand control?

If so then you need approx starting point:
Forward Deceleration reducing to anything around 20 to 40 that feels right to you.
Reverse speed / max reducing to 35 or 40
Reverse acc 70
Turning speed reducing to something sensible like 40 or 45
Turn acceleration to max possible
Turn deceleration to max possible
Turn damping 25
Soft start acc NO. or set to a very low figure like 100ms. As it is you hit go and sod all happens for half a second.
Leave the rest alone.

Thats where I would start and see how it feels and then adjust to taste. As it is now, I am surprised it doesent drive you nuts. You should set all profiles the same apart from: max speed, and turn speed, and reverse speed. Then test.
