R-Net power modul error 3D01

Postby ukralex » 15 Sep 2017, 19:53

Hi to all!
I owner Meyra Optimus 2 with R-net control system.
Recently el.wheelchair had on screen error (3D01) and does not move.
Service manual says "M1 Motor Shorted Low"
3D01 - M1 Motor Error
This occurs when the control system detects that the motor connected to M1 on the Power Module has 'short-circuited' to a battery negative connection.
Check the motor, cables and connections to the control system.
If the trip is still present after the above checks have been made, then the controller may be defective.

I replaced two MOSFET. And no more errors.
But when I move joystick rod motor do not work.
The motor checked to connect the wires directly to the battery.
The motor works.
What do you think I need to check more?
Your suggestions and advice.

I might check all other mosfets again. As mixing new and old can cause issues or so I am told.

Speed 15km/h
No, I do not have it now. I took it 2 years ago to try change settings.
Wanted to adjust steering (fishtail effect) but useless because of front wheel drive.
Hard to control going straight line on maximum speed.

Fit a gyro if it doesn't have one.

It took me some time and programming to get my old Optimus (2006 model) to go strait but i would not change it now for anything else. i programmed it so that joystick sensitivity at higher speeds is less. also i made steering gentler at the higher speeds as you do not want to make a quick 90 degree turn at high speed with a front wheel drive.
my old optimus is still going and motor has been rewound so max speed is 26 kmph. i have put 140a/h lithium pack as well so have about 90km range.

because of the servo steering it is not a true fishtail effect, it can be programmed to go strait.

Can you explain more detailed how to adjust joystick sensitivity at higher speeds is less?
I tried to add tremor damping setting. Became steering is less responsible.
And tried max and min turning speed. Not worked too.
Did you rewind motor without change power module? And any adjusting in programme settings like "Motor Current"?
It mean that I can change speed to 25km/h too.
