3.00 x 8 load on stock powerchair tyres is only 113kg max for 4 ply tyres I think.
3.50 x 8 is probably higher load. What is the marking on the side?
Also taller by .5 inch top/bottom and needs a .5 inch to 1 inch wider rim ideally.

The 120/70 - 8 tyres are only a fraction bigger diameter than stock. (0.15 inch top/bottom)
2 inches wider. Requires a 3.5 wide rim, and have 160kg max load @84mph. And of course tubeless.

Here is a pdf specs info for my tyre on page 4: http://www.heidenautires.com/tire_spec_sheet.pdf

I can't put bigger diameter because my door is small.

For your size, these have a very high 160kg load rating so are strong tyres. And they need ideally a 2.50 rim, limits are 2.15-3.00

More speed, less torque, but only a little, and it will not display more on joystick!

Are your rims wide enough? If not it will still work but tyres pinched a little.

I understand, the rims is the stock from factory. I will see when i put the tyres how i feel it on joystick and torque. In Romania many doors is on the limit and with this tyres is ok, and i can't put the 2.5 inch rim. I change this tyre because i have solid tyres when i buy the wheelchair from UK London.

Hi.
Did the 3.50 - 8 tyres fit the standard Puma 40 rim?
I need some rear tyres soon.

Yes they will. But you will need a spacer on each axle to prevent the inner side wall from chafing on the motors. Large 3mm washers from eBay will do.

i can tell you - those are nice strong tires - i Have the same ones on my chair - i am using a tube also - all good so far - they are a bit taller overall - if i recall they were about 2 inches overall more than the stock tires - you will feel it once you sit in your chair - ground clearance will go up - do this - measure the ground clearance you have now in rear battery box - then check it with the new tires on - mines ended up about 2 inches higher -

you will like those tires - very strong - nice ride - take pictures before and after -

do you have a link to those front tires you got 300-4 ? i am interested in them also

you will gain a bit of speed - i felt it - or just my imgaination - or the change in height - either way - its a plus
