QM 720 - Inhibit settings ?

Postby expresso » 19 Mar 2018, 02:45

I have a friend with the QM 720 - he wanted to change his inhibit settings so his chair in reverse can go a bit faster - the turtle comes on i believe when its tilted or reclined and its VERY Slow -

i did not want to touch anything i am not sure of on anothers chair - would anyone know which for sure which setting to change ?

i saved his stock settings - but uncomfortable making changes to chairs that are not mine just in case -

He will reach out to his Rep. i am sure they can do it - but since i have the access to the settings - if i knew for sure - would be easier and faster for me to do it for him -

Save a copy of the settings first, then up the 10% ones to say 20% and see if the speed changes.

Tools>system tests> From the bar at the top. Or it may be diagnostics I dont remember? And look at which inhibit/channel etc is being used directly as you operate the tilt. Then you can increase the percentage of the correct channel/inhibit. It shows you which channel, letter, and percentage as you operate it in real time.

Yes to both of you - will pass the info along and next time if hes willing to try that - i will do it - i didnt realize it till later - about the 10% - that would be easy to do and check -

doing it BM way would give real time info - i will try it on my own chair also to see what it does -

thanks -

Also see motor volts, amps, batter current and batt voltage as you turn in place under power module. Very interesting!
