[black one and red one] on my control box.

Postby carlo67 » 17 Apr 2018, 09:13

hi
I have the Magic Mobility Hybrid V6 and I have R-net OEM.

I have 2 buttons [black one and red one] on my control box.

black one does just switch on/off.

red one does lot of functions [forward, backward, tilt and change speeds and change profiles and sleep mode]

I would like to put the change speeds on my black button. how to do that?

i think i know which joystick you have - - you may be limited with that - but only way to be sure is you first need the software - or read the manual to see if you can re assign functions for the buttons -

you would need the software first either way - i would save the settings first before making any changes - you can make it worse - so save all the time the original settings first -

just curious - if you only have two buttons - Red and Black - whats the difference if you change the functions over to the Black instead of Red..?

I can't change functions on black button but I can change functions on the red button. Why?

It's possible u just can't change it. Look for the manual for ur joystick read it maybe u find the answer there. U may not have a choice why r u looking to change it ? U only have two buttons one next to the he other. What would it do for u or whats wrong with the way it is now ? I am just. Curious to understand the reason u want to change it.

do you have the manual to this Joystick you want to adjust ? you may get your answer there - if it can be done or not - or call the company itself and ask them

that would be the best starting point - maybe post a picture of this Joystick - Manufacturer maybe can search for the manual etc. i know most buttons can be reassigned with the software - like Rnet - But with a joystick with just Two buttons - i am not sure if it can or cant be done.

Manual and company is the best bet if no one else here knows -

Ah... Problem.

A one off build? Nobody knows whats inside, how it works or what can be programmed. But to swap buttons over, as long as both are momentary, just needs 1 miniute with a soldering iron after 10 mins removal/take off lid.

I agree w/ BM, but might not need soldering iron... Open box, unmount switches, re-mount in opposite holes.... If the wires are long enough it might not be necessary to do any soldering. Otherwise get out iron and resolder connections / splice in extra wire as needed......
