I have a question about the height measurement for the Jay 3 cushion. On the Sunrise Medical websites for both Spain and the UK, the measurement is 9.5cm for a Standard height cushion and 11cm for a "Deep" height cushion. Howwever, on the order forms, these measurements are 9.1 cm for the Standard cushion and 10.5 for the Deep one. On the USA site, measurements are 3.75" (Standard) and 4.25" (Deep). Or the equivalent of 9.52cm and 10.79cms.
What are the real measurements? It's confusing.
What are the height measurements for the 2 valve air inserts for the Standard and Deep cushions? Have found this link
from the US site

and does the cushion sink this much when a person is sat on it? I have sensitivity issues due to Spastic Quadriplegic Cerebral Palsy and can't tell. Would the Deep cushion provide a lot more "envelopment" than the Standard? The difference in cushion height is only about 1.5cm.
I have positioning components for the Jay3. (adductors and abductor). Is it possible to reuse these if I buy a new Jay 3 cushion or is this not possible? Is the only way to go to buy new positioning components with the new cushion?
No wheelchair technician has been able to help me so far with these questions. The company has just said see a dealer.
Not sure why the measurements vary and which to be guided by?
