Sciatic pain & leg falling asleep on ROHO.

I'm having some sciatic pain & my leg is falling asleep on my ROHO cushion. It was initially my right leg, but I corrected it by inflating the cushion. It has now switched to my left leg.

Any tips?

It would seem that it stems from the lower back. So a different sitting position, or a better shaped back with lumbar support may help.
