PL8 error: safety code 82 (amps out of range)

PL8 error: safety code 82 (amps out of range)

Today my PL8 suddenly shows an error "safety code 82" (amps out of range) on the base and stops charging. What possibly causes this error? Can I try anything to fix it?

Loose connection of the main charge cables .

Are they the banana cables that come from the PL8 base to the battery?

Yeah, it is. Loosing at DSub connectors
