No, i need to make some modification to backrest because was for a child, and to footrest, and handrest i don't like it. And the box for battery maybe i will make one from steel something like your BM3, i will see. And i will put RNET 120amp. And maybe in time i will put other rims like yours from Salsa R2 or BM3, i need to measure better the doors. :D

You need access to a man with a pillar drill, and about 2 hours to waste! And some alloy disks cut to size ordered on the web.

Any suggestions for machining companies who could make adaptors for motor shaft/wheel flanges?

I would say any could. Because you can do it with a drill at home. I did.

The harder part is telling them what to do. And measuring, etc. If you can do that, then you can DIY.

I ordered some alloy disks - laser cut - online. Then drilled holes, and tapped some M6 some M8 and ordered some bolts on ebay.

Dimensions? Fit tyre, measure hor far it wants to be from existing hub while tyre just misses motor and frame. Then figure out bolt spacing on hub, and new wheel. Then do a drawing.

See here, a kit!
And adapter made on my bed.

I can't do anything, no movement from my neck down. Got a friend coming tomorrow to remove the wheel, offer up new wheel and see if we can get it closer then measure everything. Do a drawing with dimensions and try and find somewhere to get 2 made. We will see how close to your adaptor it is and go from there. Laser cut disk website makes it easier.

Yes. It turns a complex job into a DIY one. But it needs a little very careful measuring, and marking out. And ACCURATE drilling.

Measure, and order metal discs.

You will need:
M6 tap.
M8 Tap.
A drill of the correct size to drill first. (called a tapping drill).
A 6.5mm drill.
A 8.5mm drill.
A countersinker drill.
A ruler.
All for $10 / 15$ dollars - ebay.

A man with a pillar drill. I have one but used to use the one in my nearest school or college.
If you cant do it yourself, and so need to get these made, a GOOD ACCURATE well measured and drawn sketch taken to the college or a local engineering shop is all thats needed. And a little thought. Dont rush it. You can get measurements from old wheel, compared to new. It all sounds harder to do than it actually is! But I have done a good few, every one in a different way!

Full screen!
download/file.php?id=7688&mode=view

Basically I made a flat disk. Out of 2 thinner bits because the laser cutter wont cut a single bit this thick. That thickness was to allow the tyre to miss the motors and frame by 3 to 5 Millimeters. It bolts on with high tensile black countersunk bolts leaving a flat surface.

The other holes are just to
a. Bolt the new wheel on.
b. Bolt the centre 'spigot' on.
c. Bolt a thinner stainless steel plate on top as the spigot has a hole in the centre! So it looks pretty when done. You will figure it out as you go along.

Then sprayed mat black so it looks pretty and doesent corrode as easily with a can of etch primer and a coat of black celulose paint from the car shop...

Done. Centre stainless cover held on by the wheel bolts and the load spreading washers. download/file.php?id=10874&mode=view

That all sounds feasible, using 2 plates also means if we get it too close or far away we can just order a different thickness plate to fine tune.
