R Net data files out of date

Dongle finally arrived, thanks for the delay in customs Parcel Force! Connected up, started download from chair to get a data file out of date created by a newer version message. I'm using 6.0.10 cough

Is it worth trying to register it with PG to get the latest version or will they just tell me to go away as I am not an OEM?

Make the same settings but with your new software and re-write file again on your controller, click on File top left and click New.. and after you make the settings click Controller and Write to controller... easy way... done

I've got the downloaded file in 6.0.10 and I know that if I write back to the controller it will over write that file with this version. I just wanted to have the latest version. Chair is new and still under warranty, don't want to make it too obvious that I am changing settings

Thanks, if you could send the latest version it would be appreciated. I still need to know whether to contact PG so I always get updates.

Check your PM... and yes for software you need to email PGDT or Curtiss-Wright to give you acces to PGDT-SSRT... you need to give your serial from dongle ...

I've tried to get software updates from PGDT many moons ago, but was told I couldn't get them because I didn't buy the R-Net dongle through them, which is impossible!

i put the date from company where i buy the dongle and done i don't say anything where i buy it etc... and with dongle serial photo... but i ask last year how can i change the image to CJSM2 joystick display with personal image and they ask much details how i have the dongle, i am not dealer etc, and i don't say anything and they say please to me to say from where i buy the dongle etc... they think we are stupid people...
