TDX SP 2 NB Castors Skidding.

I noticed that the right hand side back castor and front left castor on my TDX SP 2 NB were skidding around when the chair was moving and not making contact with the floor. Ideas as to why this might happen and what can he done? I'm hoping they'll give the whole chair a good check over now it's been taken off by my wheelchair provvider to solve the motor problem. Could it be the suspension? We've asked they take a look at the wheels too.
