Quantum 6000z motor issues

Hey everyone. My Quantum 6000 is giving me some trouble. Its making a clicking sounds on the left side when i go very slow. It also does not have power on that side when going up ramps or turning.Have an appointment in 5 days but not sure if its going to make it

Diagnosing that will need some careful examination. But other than brushes, if available, theres nothing that you can repair. But it sounds like you are ready for a set of motors.

I agree, sounds like motors (possibly just brushes...) Might be a controller issue, but that doesn't really match the symptoms, especially if you aren't getting an error code....

Another problem that I've heard of on some chairs is a wheel or hub getting slop between it and the motor shaft, but again this doesn't match the symptoms - a loose wheel will lurch back and forth when changing speeds / direction, but should have full power if doing steady speed...
