Theres also many different scales like these. At rediculous cost. Which is why I dont have them!

True. 11 uk pounds for a 100kg sensor. 30 for a head to plug em into...

And a plank.

Will make you a 400kg unit like mine. Basically this, a few bolts, a lump of 6mm checker plate, and a head/meter from the bay of e.
All done for about 100.

Exactly, though I might go for 150kg units for the heavier occupant to put them nearer mid-scale, not essential though. It'll be interesting to see how stable/accurate those cheap indicators are. The checker plate is the most expensive bit!
