Please express in form of top of the fender and chord length , instead of the base line and angle .

Also , I recommend it to cover the entire tyre width.

Working on a modified drawing, should have it soon...

I emphatically do NOT want the fender to cover the entire tire width! I am often needing to get into tight spaces or nerf things out of the way with the chair, and this means scraping and rubbing - If the contact point is the tire, I am unlikely to damage the tire or the thing I'm contacting... If the contact is the fender it will be damaged.... Therefore I want the fender to only cover as much of the tire as is necessary to keep the crap (or at least most of it) off the me and the chair....

New drawing, w/ chord lengths and a couple of other minor tweaks....

Would prefer aluminum or stainless over mild steel unless that makes a big difference in the price.

Aluminium will not be strong enough. Unless 5mm thick. Esp edges and mounting. Put your hand on it and bend the mounting...

Can hardly be worse than the stock fender - plastic, ~2.4mm / 0.96" thick... Looks like polypropelene.

Worth remembering this fender isn't really intended as a load bearing thing, just a crap stopper...

I found this QC 3.0 board, $2.5. It looks physically good, best if compared to other QC 3.0 boars. I am using it to feed my camera in place of my powerbank, it works better than the board in my powerbank. Making cable is fairly easy, just soldering 2 wire and heatshrink.

Output: auto 5/9/12/20V

Do they give dimensions for the switch holes? (is there a choice, or possibly a blank for 'drill your own'?)

Do they offer more switch types than the push-buttons or mushrooms shown? (i.e. all the different variations of toggle switches....)

Those switches are all 16mm diameter threads so holes will be 16mm + clearance.

IF I can get motors with both angle sensor for sinusoidal commutation & brake - but the brake has to have a manual release if the gearcase doesn't have a clutch. Otherwise,

I'd like 4 of those brakes. Any idea what the mounting bolt circle dimensions are? 2 of the shaft adapters need to mate a .31" D shaft for Quantum 4 front motors, and 2 need a 1/2" hex hole, but I can drill and manually file the hex.
