The more expensive one has r-net system, more amps etc so better equiped as stock.
In the US non of your chairs include the battery or chargers! Those are extra... Thats wouldnt be legal here I dont think. Anyway, the main differnce seems to be stock equipment. You appear to be able to add much of the same things to the cheaper one. But then the price isnt any different.
Add a colour advanced R-Net joystick/120A system and you add 1400 dollars for e.g. You say its still cheaper? So there are more things we havent added! Or noticed? Maybe different suspention? Not sure they dont sell those here. Maybe tilt or somehing is included. For e.g. what is "Quickie SmartSeat, PosiDrive Technology"??
The seating is different. But posidrive sounds like a gyro or something and you dont want that.
