So i am getting a master module error.

any time i try to upload the config file (through rnet dongle) all goes well until about 90% where i get a invalid data type. see below:
err.PNG

I click OK about 35 times and then it finishes. WB4 has been really not working but WB3 seems to at least not crash on me.

here's my ICS error log: the 201D error is "Unused actuator or module attached to ICS System". Ignoring other errors and those went away after log was cleared.

Probably because they have changed their one off firmware. So you have to use their "engineers" to come and swap out loads of perfectly good parts...

Do what permobil had planned. Call them and bend over while they replace 3/4 of the chair several times over the next year or so.

If you pay $$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$ and accept endless waits and incompetance.

This is why I say to people do not buy pride or permobil. And now dont buy invacare if its got the newer controolers on it...

So basically that leaves older chairs with invacares dynamic DX or DX 2 etc. Or any chair with pilot plus, or R-Net pure. Not invacares "modified" r-net stuff. They have home grown seating and stability stuff and even a cheaper joystick with different firmware etc. Avoid!

We need to start a fully open source power chair...there is tons of knowledge here. I would like to see the industry brought to it’s knees. $50k for a wheelchair is immoral

50K. locked markets with no user accessible parts, limited choice, etc is the price you pay for not having a free capitalist market for powerchairs.

In the US, you can't even pay lots of dollars to Permobil to purchase the wheelchair parts you need. They will not sell directly to the customer.

To buy Permobil parts in the US, you must go through a Durable Medical Equipment (DME) provider, such as NuMotion. This really sucks, because many DMEs are structured to be very slow, bureaucratic organizations that charge a ton of money for very little service.

For example, I would like to buy a pair of Permobil high traction drive tires. I cannot find anywhere online to purchase them and I cannot purchase them directly from Permobil. I must buy them from NuMotion or some other DME. These are Permobil-branded tires and are the ones I want. Through NuMotion they cost several times more than car tires and typically take several months to procure (the last pair took almost 6 months).

If I want to pick up a pair of Primo normal drive tires (come stock on Permobil chairs but are not Permobil-branded), I can get the pair from a variety of vendors online for about $100 and have them delivered to my house within days.

The only way around this is to buy used, such as from ebay. This is what I do when practical.

Permobil does provide pretty good technical support via phone, in the US at least.

Good morning! I'm waiting for the arrival of an F5! For repair. According to the user, after a plane trip and the chair was checked as luggage, it went to a different destination than his. And when it was delivered, after that day, it began to indicate in the panel the ERROR CODE 2172 - ICS MODULE ERROR.." S1" (support wheel motor not detected) preventing complete movement, of the "STANDUP" function.

Could someone give me some guidance? So far I have not identified what exactly performs the movement of the support of the support wheels. If it is one of the ACTUATORS or a set of them causing it to move the chassis, since the support is fixed next to the gearbox
The error indicates when reaching the position according to the image
