- 2014 Chrysler town and country
I came across this problem back about a month or so ago. My ramp in my 2014 Chrysler Town and Country 14 inch drop floor ramp would not deploy or retract reliably. Had the MobilityWorks Norristown, PA take a look at it. They came and picked up the van. They had it for a day and only found a firmware problem. There was an firmware update for the Braun controller software. After the firmware update, the ramp has been working great. Quite a bit smoother and not as jerky and just a tick slower deploying which I like.
Anyway in case it helps others. There is a firmware update available.
