Its difficult to help when we have no bloody clue as to your location. Have you tried other VMI dealers? Go to their website and look at the dealer list. You can go to Honda and if they find an issue that is VMI's responsibility, VMI will allow Honda to fix it and reimburse them with a credit card if its warranty. Just be sure to get a pre-authorization from VMI before the Honda dealer sinks money in it. I've done this a couple times. However my dealer hates doing this because the van has electric driving controls and the service manager calls it "a hacked up space shuttle"
