I'm trying to build a wheelchair driver accessible vehicle with similar dimensions to the Kia soul

I'm able to get 59 inches of cabin height with an 8 inch drop in the floor. Seated in the wheelchair I am about 55 inches. Problem is after an 8 inch drop in the floor, I will only have 4 inches of ground clearance and will need to use airbags to raise the right height.

I'm having trouble sourcing the ECU electronics , actuators and remote to

1) open the rear hatch
2) lower the ramp
3) integrate with and lower /raise pneumatic suspension
4) electronic parking brake

If anyone knows of a WAV converter willing to sell these parts (anywhere in the world) please let me know. They seem pretty generic because all of the rear entry WAV's use similar looking actuators.
