5k US gets you 60km range and 30kph speed and lithium. And after you fit a drop down ramp, tie down, and chuck the seats away you have an extremely cheap to run shopping mobile!

Heater probably rubbish.

Figure on adding a goodly chunk of $$ for the non-included batteries.

I didnt see that. :o Add a 100Ah 45v lithium pack as per spec.

http://www.evassemble.com/index.php?mai ... ucts_id=31

8 of those = 1080 dollars plus del and charger. I would use the PL8v2... Charged in 2.5 hours from dead.

OOPS double it, its 48V!!!

So 2160 us dollars plus charger. Actually 2 chargers now if you want it done in 2.5 hours. Those are already sat on my bench. About £1450 uk pounds.

Thats about 4.5k in pounds ready to go. Not sure if it legal though.

Its actually big enough that 2 full sized 250 watt solar panels will fit on top. If you only used it every couple of days it would be free to run! You would need a BMS for charging only though, (spits...) :D
