Thats true.
This is what I mean by seat angle (about 12 degrees here, fixed, allowing for a higher footplate. Because while the rear of the sat is low, the front edge is high (er). Its still only 17.5 inches here. (Plus cushion). High enough that my ex gf can sit comfortably
with 3 inch heels, and still have 4.5 inches space under the footplate.
Those are 10 inch caster. The chairs frame rail, at the low point is 4 inches above the deck. The footplate is higher angled upwards.
