Suzuki Wagon R Drive from wheelchair or powerchair

Its so weird that Suzuki Wagon R in India has petrol tank in the rear bumper so modification of this car like the below Suzuki Wagon R would be difficult

How did these guys crack it? Do they get different version of Wagon R available from the showroom? or do they customize the car for the petrol tank?

How did they build this lovely car...I wish to have one soon

These types of conversions are developed slowly before a "production" vehicle is offered. They include complete floorpan replacements, along with redesigned fuel tanks, exhausts, braking and suspension systems, wiring and interior and exterior body panels. Thats why doing one alone is impractical.
