I am too fat.

So starting at the begining of this month I have been living on lamb shish kebabs. One large one a day. And diet coke. Only. Woo, really healthy I hear you say.

Basically what is below. And so far have lost almost a stone. For those in KG thats about 4.5kg.

With only cooked tomatoes and no citrus you might be short of vitamin C. Scurvy is rare these days, but it a most unpleasant disease.

drink some orange juice? but congrats for loosing some weight! sometimes its hard to do. I should prolly cut back on some sweets myself.

I do pop multivitamins daily... For a decade. Because mostly I only eat stuff with a face.
