i have had 3 sets of remotely controlled plug sockets [the thing you plug in between the wall socket and the appliance that plugs into it] which allows you to switch the appliance concerned on and off via a radio frquency remote control, ive damaged the remote control which switches the wall socket units on and off, meaning iv'e had to buy a whole new set of remote/socket sets as the existing remote either isnt sold as a separate unit or the remote wall socket manufacturer is a cheap "no - name" generic chinese manufacturer which has no discernable website/headquarters etc....does anyone know of a variable radio frequency "universal frequency" remote and /or a "learning type" remote that would allow me to use different brands of remote plug sockets when the existing remote becomes damaged ? My existing "no brand" remote says 433.92 Mhz on the back of it if thats of any use ?
