Now I can see that it has no valve and so is a solid tyre. That means that if the tyre bead is he correct width it will fit your other chair. Th only way to know is to measure or try.

That tyre says 2.5 inch rim width. Some are less. 1.75, 2.00 etc.

On most chairs from all the big EU manufacturers you will see the flat ones. And on casters. The real thing you need to know is this. The WIDTH of that flat bit can be 1.3x inches, up to 2.5 inches. With at least 3 in between ones. So you must read whats on the old trye or measure it. Obviously this only applies to solid type tyres.
