Postby martin007 » 11 Jan 2021, 21:49

Due to COVID the EU has suspended loa customs taxes until July 1.
On July 1 everything will pay customs.
Life is going to be very expensive.
I,m buying some things in china to have stock.
I don't buy junk or trinkets.

Do you recommend any product?

The problem with this is that we dont know what you will want, need, or can afford. Do you have anyneed of a cheap occiloscope for e.g?

On July 1 everything will pay customs.

IWe technically do too even now. From china or HK I have never had to pay any customs or duty. They just seem to ignore it. From the US we always get to pay VAT and a charge by the UK mail system which is a real scam.

Now products with a value of less than 22€ don´t pay customs.
Small and light products.
On July 1 everything (<1€) will pay taxes.

New wheelchair, nurses costume, quadcopter, lithium cells, tyres, carpet, pillows, disk cutter, scales, winch, fire extinguisher, miniature stationary engine, solar inverter, rope, RC transmitter, laptop, random tools, and a food mixer.

Seems it makes more sense to wait till you know what you need or want. As it will be cheaper even after some customs charge than buying stock! And just because you should pay a charge doesent mean it will actually happen in practice for individual items. As its too complex to do.

Bit risky buying a nurses uniform online from overseas. Did it fit you, or did you have to return it for a refund?

ps: Pics?
