4am

Postby Burgerman » 30 May 2023, 04:10

Actually a couple of minutes past 4. Or the crack of sparrowfart.

And the sun is already up over that house roof. And the birds are tweeting, and I can see that its light. The world is a bit enthusiastic today.

This really is 4! Just! I only just went to bed. Carer went about an hour ago.

Morning or evening light always seem to make better photos.

Man that's a bummer. Wish I could do something to help. I don't usually watch the sunrise at 4am but I am up for the sunset most days. Maybe when the earth tilts and the days get shorter again the timing will align better.

BM do you mean very little sleep or none at all? How many hours a night?

My sleep patterns are shit now and I wake constantly within the hours I do sleep which is on average of 5 hours a night.

Anyone have ideas of what works best to fall asleep and sleep a good 7 hour shift?

A couple, occasionally non and I sleep a coupe of hours in the day sometimes. Night time is no disturbances and better for getting some stuff like ordering shopping on line, or studying stuff, or watching a movie or rocket launch etc. I need very little.

Why worry about being asleep? You are a long time dead. Get a laptop!

If you really want to sleep then thats easy! A few beers, smoke some wacky baccy, or do something tiring in the day. If you do non of that you probably wont sleep!

Lol got the laptop and I agree, I too do a lot of work at night from shopping to movies.

But sleep is still needed, I feel like I have a sore chest and stomach is upset if I don't get enough, plus when I tilt, it gives me little headed when I sit upright again.

I don't drink beer, or smoke waccy baccy lol.
