You want the version I can give you.

And you dont want the N version as any things are removed that you will want. Because EU laws nonsense.

It can be converted by the small crack program into the latest, and best LTSC 64 IoT version with 10 years of support and updates.
Its in US english. Dont worry you can download spanish once installed. And then after that you can install proper british english and delete the US english. Same with keyoards.

No need, just advice.
I understand that option N is the same as the other one, but without Media Player.

There are also many functionalities that aren’t available in the Windows 10 N Editions. Users can’t play or create audio CDs, digital media files, organize content in a media library, create playlists and so on. Of course, it’s possible to add the missing functionality by installing third-party apps, such as the Media Feature Pack, Groove Music, and others.

You dont want that?
I use it all the time. Why install without it? It doesent only play stuff. It is used for CD/DVD and ripping stuff etc. In any case if you really dont want it it can be uninstalled in all versions. The only difference is that it doesent come with the N version. Even then you can still download it...
