I've just re-installed Windows and the latest Hyperion software but it's not detecting the Hyperion.
What have I forgotten?

erm .... to plug it in and make sure it's switched it on ?

The USB / Serial driver from Silabs. v6.1 seems the best... The others cause me problems.

Updated UART Bridge driver and a reboot of the charger fixed it.
