FWIW... I did this survey a while back, and they are still looking for participants... I just got this e-mail requesting that I post to relevant sites.... Definitely open to US participants, I don't know how they feel about non-US folks....

Hello All,

You indicated that you were interested in updates for the USQ-NB (Urinary Symptom Questionnaire for Neurogenic Bladder). Once again, thank you for completing the survey if you qualified and I’m glad you are interested in the results of the project! We have been advertising our survey for about a month now and we are over half way to our goal for SCI participation. Our goal is to reach 300 individuals with SCI and 300 individuals with SB (Spina Bifida). We just extracted our first round of results and we are cleaning up the data now. When that is available I would love to share it with you all. In the meantime, it would be much appreciated if you helped us to advertise the survey.
