If a corporation or a so called capitalistic business can defraud you out of your money, then absolute turnabout should be allowable, but these corporations, businesses use law to protect their criminal practices. THAT is what most of us see as "unfettered" Capitalism. (Criminality) If a bank can prove their teller or money machine gave YOU too much money it is YOUR responsibility to give it back. As a matter of fact, it is criminal to keep it. However, if they falsely cheat you in any way it is no way automatically encumbered on them to remunerate you. "UNfettered" (NO RULES, unrestricted, etc) Capitalism is a myth, perpetrated by big money Corps. and businesses. "They demand" protection for their possible mistakes and many destructive practices from governments through singularly permissive laws and rules.

Yep bank and creditcard customers are restricted from bring class action suits against the banking and credit reporting industry for any fraudulent practices.

However, these loop holes are not restricted to tax law but every law governing all kinds of issues. The easiest way to circumvent these restrictions is by calling these rules/laws Socialist or worse, Communistic then seek repeal of all of them calling this a capitalistic endeavor (free markets). Gathering folks like you to champion their efforts.

Because its perfectly true.

And I replied in great detail explaining why, here viewtopic.php?f=5&t=7369&start=40#p110370
and you have done what you always do and totally ignored every bit. As you always do. You have the socialist head in sand thing going on.

You are clueless, or willfully ignorant or incapable of rational thought. Why not use your brain, and take my points rationally in order and show why you think I am wrong? I already know you cant. Thats why.

Then take each individual point as I asked, and as I always do, and give a reasoned carefully thought out response! But you cant! Not in a single post this year. Your depth is: "them rich peoples got more and I want it".

All you ever do is say I am wrong, and cant tell me why. And thats what socialists do the world over while sending themselves broke.

A Serf believes there is an elite that should live off the toil of the populace. However the elite accomplish that order is not to be questioned. Unjust taxation is justified by your misunderstanding of economics. Collusion perpetrated by the financial and industrial industries should be overlooked. The vote of the populace should be disregarded. You are happy to follow every Judas Goat the elite presents you. It is sad to see such a mindset.

How about free banking? Let anyone anywhere set up a bank on any terms they like using any money they like and see what happens?
