If a corporation or a so called capitalistic business can defraud you out of your money, then absolute turnabout should be allowable, but these corporations, businesses use law to protect their criminal practices. THAT is what most of us see as "unfettered" Capitalism. (Criminality) If a bank can prove their teller or money machine gave YOU too much money it is YOUR responsibility to give it back. As a matter of fact, it is criminal to keep it. However, if they falsely cheat you in any way it is no way automatically encumbered on them to remunerate you. "UNfettered" (NO RULES, unrestricted, etc) Capitalism is a myth, perpetrated by big money Corps. and businesses. "They demand" protection for their possible mistakes and many destructive practices from governments through singularly permissive laws and rules.
Yep bank and creditcard customers are restricted from bring class action suits against the banking and credit reporting industry for any fraudulent practices.

However, these loop holes are not restricted to tax law but every law governing all kinds of issues. The easiest way to circumvent these restrictions is by calling these rules/laws Socialist or worse, Communistic then seek repeal of all of them calling this a capitalistic endeavor (free markets). Gathering folks like you to champion their efforts.
Yep BM resorts to that CRY.
