20 Days ago I bought some carbon brushes on Ebay.

10 Units for 3.61 €

I'm very happy. :P :P :P :P :P

They are good carbon brushes.

When you swap, make a mental note of the thickness of that copper stranded wire. If the new ones are thinner you may have problems. Since its supposed to carry all those amps. If its too thin, then some current heats up the spring, and it no longer springs... And some heats up the brush holder and it oxydises or melts the plastic mounting end.

What I am saying is compare eveything about the old/new.

The thickness of the copper stranded wire is similar to that of the old brushes.
The carbon brushes are good, but "not the best quality".

Here in Spain sellers of carbon brushes are very expensive.
I would say that instead of selling they steal.
The carbon brushes (The majority) that they sell in Spain are of a similar quality, but much more expensive.

This morning I changed 2 brushes and they work very well.
They are good brushes for low power wheelchairs (my powerchair).

Fair enough. I have fitted a set of cheap pattern ones before and they were fine.
