The other vid, the guy on a scooter should be on the road, I dont agree with scooters on the footpath. Too big, long and the drivers are generally only half awake.

I fully agree with you BM, he should be done for assault. If I was the judge, I would order WCS and Social Services to make sure he only uses a manual chair from now on.

That looked far too deliberate and purposeful to be accidental - it takes effort to move a joystick: when you are feeling faint you tend come to a crawl or a complete stop.
